This large 3rd floor apartment offers one opulent master bedroom with a lovely balcony facing a courtyard, a second bedroom with a comfortable sitting area with TV, an elegant bathroom and a fully equipped modern kitchen to meet all your needs. The walls of the apartment are decorated with unique expressive pieces of art, while the antique restored furniture is funky and bright. The original parquet floor has been restored.
The living room is a spacious and light room with sofas and chairs and stylish coffee tables. Its amenities include wireless Internet, TV with satellite channels, DVD player. This room also has a double bed and sofa bed (for one person).
The kitchen also boasts a sitting area with another TV and a balcony perfect for an early morning coffee break or a late afternoon glass of wine. It has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a table with modern perspex chairs.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower over, toilet, heated towel rail and complimentary soaps and a hairdryer are also provided. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities in the apartment.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
