These exclusively located Prague serviced apartments are situated just steps from the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and within easy walking distance of most of Prague's other attractions. Despite being located right in the centre of Prague, it offers quiet sanctuary from the hustle and bustle.
The building is located close to Prague's recently opened Palladium shopping centre. The apartment is located on the top floor of this building with a lift and it offers modern and sleek minimalistic design and furnishings.
In the same building is the apartment management office reception desk, located on the ground floor. It is open weekdays from 9-6, in case you need any assistance.
The apartment consists of a living and dining room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom, plus a laundry corner with washing machine.
The living room has a double sofabed and comfortable chair and its amenities include wireless Internet, satellite TV, DVD - home cinema. There is a large dining room table and six chairs.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. They all have bedside tables and reading lamps and provide storage space for your personal items. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, a bidet, a hand basin and heated towel rail. Complimentary soaps and a hairdryer are also provided.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
