This beautiful three bedroom apartment is very spacious and has great views of the Old Town and Prague Castle. It is in a great location right in the heart of Prague's Old Town making it really easy to visit all that Prague has to offer.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.
The living area has an L shaped sofa, a coffee table, a lovely large window seat, a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player and CD player can be provided at a charge of EUR 5 per day per item. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The spacious kitchen is modern and stylish and is well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a kitchen table and chairs.
The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps. Extra guests can be accommodated in temporary single beds.
The two bathrooms are modern and fully tiled with corner baths and a separate showers, a toilet, a hand basin and a heated towel rail in both.
A dry cleaning and laundry service is available on request, for a charge and is arranged once you have arrived.
Please note that this apartment does not allow stag or hen groups.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that if you choose to pay the balance on arrival by credit card there will be a 5% surcharge.
- In addition to the initial booking deposit a pre-authorisation will be taken for the outstanding balance as security, prior to your arrival.
- A cot is available for a charge of EUR 10 per day. and a high chair for EUR 5 per day.
- A 4 night minimum stay applies for the Easter period and also for stays including the nights of May 2nd and May 3rd. A 5 night minimum stay applies between 26th December - 3rd January.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge by cash or credit card. An imprint of your credit card will also be taken as a security deposit. If you do not have a credit card you will be required to pay a cash security deposit of 200 Euros or CZK 5000. This will be refunded to you on departure assuming there are no damages.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter for bookings of 3 nights if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged to the value of one nights stay. If you cancel on the day of arrival you will be charged the total value of your stay.
- For bookings of 4 - 7 nights if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 30% of the value of your stay. If you cancel on the day of arrival you will be charged a further 50% of the value of your stay.
- For bookings of more than 7 nights if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged the value of 3 nights of your stay. If you cancel on the day of arrival or no show you will be charged the value of 7 nights of your stay.
- For bookings of 1 month or more if you cancel between 14 and 5 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged the value of 7 nights of your stay. If you cancel within 5 nights or less of arrival you will be charged the value of 14 nights of your stay.
- Please notice, during Christmas, New Year and Easter there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

"Hi Kate, We had a great time and loved the apartment, thanks. I would answer more than satisfactory to all your questions. It was in a great location, was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The pick up at the airport and early check in was very convenient and our driver was really nice. The
only comment we could make was about the price of the pick up service which was quite expensive. We would have preferred to make our own way back to the airport and had planned to get the bus (simply because of the price) but the lady at the tourist information office was very unhelpful and couldn't tell us where the buses left from. (On my previous visit to Prague we stayed near nam republique and had got the bus from there.) We found Prague very changed from when we were there a couple of years ago- most people were very rude and prices have soared so that it is now more expensive to eat out than at home. I guess they were just fed up with the influx of stag and hen parties every weekend- very understandably too. Our trip is an annual outing of our book club and we will definately be using the Loving Apartments sites again- maybe Barcelona next time! Thanks for all ur help."
