This stylish and modern duplex studio apartment is on the third floor of this historic building (the lift goes as far as the second floor).
The apartment is fully air conditioned and consists of an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The double bedroom is on an open gallery and there is a bathroom.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. In this open space there is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, kettle, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The loft bedroom is on the second level of this apartment on an open gallery, and has a king size double bed and bedside table plus a CD player.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a hand basin, a mirror and a heated towel rail. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
