This glass building features one apartment per floor accessible by secured entrance and lift. This apartment has central heating and air-conditioning, offers complimentary WiFi Internet and a weekly housekeeping service. This property is ideal for clients who prefer accommodation in contemporary apartments.
This beautiful and contemporary apartment has semi circular glass walls and consists of a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a separate toilet. There is also a small balcony off the living room.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has plenty of sunlight. It has a double sofa bed, lamps and a coffee table a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. At the other end of this stunning room is the dining area with a large dining table and chairs.
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
There are two spacious double bedrooms each with a double bed and bedside tables. The apartment has plenty of closet space. There is a small balcony off one of the bedrooms where there is a small garden table and two chairs.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath and separate shower, a toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided. There is also a separate toilet.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
