This beautiful building is just few steps from Wenceslas Square and within a 5 minute walk of the Old Town Square. Beneath the apartments is a cozy cafe/bar.
The building has been renovated with great taste and still retains it's lovely parquet wooden floors and high ceilings. There is an internal courtyard to the building which provides an oasis of calm, in the city centre.
The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, that is all open plan, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
The living room has a sofa bed, a TV with satellite channels and a CD player. There are also coffee tables and lamps.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is modern and well equipped with an oven and hob, a refridgerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a kitchen table and chairs.
The main bedroom is a good sized room and has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom adjoins the first bedroom and has two single beds and a sofa bed.
The bathrooms are modern and have a shower, a hand basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet.
This apartment benefits from a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
There is free WiFi internet access. Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival you will be charged a further 1 nights rental charge
If you cancel on the day of your arrival or are a No Show then you will be charged the total cost of your stay.
