Located in the beautiful Old Town of Prague, close to the the bank of the River Vltava, this apartment is surrounded by beauty and history. The Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square are all within walking distance.

Just five minutes walk from the apartment is the Palladium shopping centre and in the immediate vicinity of the apartment are many restaurants, bars, galleries ans stunning architecture.

The apartment is in a building that has been refurbished using high quality materials and design. It has beautiful wooden floors, stylish Italian furniture and plenty of lighting. it is located to the rear of the building and so offers peace and quiet, yet is very centrally located.

The apartment is on the fifth floor (with lift) and is itself across two floors. It has one double bedroom, a kitchen which is open to the living room and a bathroom. There is also a terrace from the bedroom and there is a luggage storage room.

The living room has a stylish L shaped sofa bed suitable for two adults, and a digital plasma TV. Fast broadband internet is also provided.

Also in this room is the kitchen which is very modern and stylish and includes a breakfast bar with stools. It has a microwave oven, electric oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you will need. There is also a dining table and four chairs.

The bedroom is air conditioned and has a king sized double bed and it's own terrace with wonderful views of Prague.

The bathroom has beautiful tiles and surfaces and has a whirlpool bath with a shower attachment, a hand basin, heated towel rails and a mirror. A hairdryer are also provided. The apartment also has another separate toilet

An iron and ironing board is available on request.

Parking is available in a secure car park just 150 metres from the apartment building.

• No stag or hen groups are allowed to stay in this apartment.
  
  
• Although this is a non smoking apartment, smoking is permitted on the terrace.
  
  
• On arrival a credit card pre-authorisation will be required as a security deposit. This security deposit will be released from your card no later than 7 days after your departure date.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
  
  
• If you cancel within between 15 and 2 days of your your arrival date there is a further charge of one nights rent.
  
  
• If you cancel within 2 days of your arrival date, or you are a no show, you will be charged the remaining balance.
