This stylish and modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the fifth floor in this building without a lift and was designed by an Italian architect.
The apartment consists of an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room plus two double bedrooms, a third single bedroom and a sleeping area on the gallery. There is one bathroom and a separate shower room.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. In this large open space there is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
One of the double bedrooms has a king size double bed, the other has a queen size double bed and there are reading lamps in each. The third bedroom has a single bed and there is a sofa bed on the open gallery area.
Both bathrooms have a shower, a toilet, heated towel rails and a hand basin. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- Cancellation Charges.
- Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
