Step inside the aparmtents and you will feel total comfort. All flats have complimentary WiFi internet, washing machines and a weekly housekeeping service.
This contemporary 2-bedroom apartment with gallery is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. It features spacious living room, adjacent eat in kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room is spacious and has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs for four people.
One of the double bedrooms has a king size double bed, the other has a queen size double bed, and thre are reading lamps in each. One of the bedrooms is located on the upper floor.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet, heated towel rail and a hand basin. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided. There is also a washing machine in this room.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
