The Langhan's Building won the prestigious European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture in 2003. It is a fascinating mix of the old and new, located off Wenceslas Square, surrounded by fine dining establishments, trendy cafes, art house movie theatres and great shopping.
Although it is in the heart of the New Town the apartment is quiet and tranquil as it faces the Franciscan Gardens and has views of the Gardens and the Gothic church of Our Lady of Sorrows.
This luxurious and modern apartment has been tastefully designed and has high ceilings, large windows, wood flooring, colourful paintings and stylish furniture throughout.
The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen with dining area, a living room with home theatre system, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living area has a double sofa bed, stylish chairs, a coffee table, a TV, DVD and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. There is also a dining table and chairs in this spacious and light room.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is modern and well equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.
Both bedrooms have a king size double bed, an armchair and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower attachment, and sink. There is a separate W.C.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
