This apartment building is located in Prague's Old Town at the edge of the Jewish Quarter. The area is packed full of beautiful historic buildings which is one of the unique aspects of Prague.
Of particular note are the many churches and synagogues in his part of Prague which is why it is known as the City of One Hundred Spires. This area has a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes.
Very close by is Prague's famous Old Town Square which is lined with street cafes and is an ideal place to sit and watch the world go by. Wenceslas Square is less than ten minutes walk away.
This newly renovated fourth floor apartment (with lift) is comfortable and convenient as a great base for exploring Prague. It has high ceilings and beautiful wooden parquet flooring.
The living area has a double sofa bed, and a dining table for 4 people. Also in this room is the kitchen area with a double hot plate, a fridge and kettle and crockery and utensils.
The bedrooms both have single beds that can be made up as double beds, and a wardrobe and a small table. In one of the bedrooms is the TV with cable channels.
The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also another separate toilet.
A safe is provided in this apartment. Secure parking can be provided nearby on request. Free high speed wireless internet is also provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 3 night minimum stay applies to stays in medium season. A 5 night minimum stay period applies to bookings over the New Year,and Easter periods.
- Please note that for arrivals after 8pm there is an additional late check in charge of EUR 30.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros (for long term apartments of 3 months rental or more the balance must be paid in cash in Czech Crown).
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged to the value of one nights stay. If you cancel on the day of arrival or you are a No Show you will be charged the total value of your stay.
- For long term stays (3 months +) you must give at least 2 months notice before your date of departure to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 months rental charge.
