This lovely studio apartment is located within walking distance of all Prague's major attractions such as Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge, The Old Town Square with its famous Astronomical Clock, or Wenceslas Square.
The apartment building (parts of it dating from the 14th Century) is close to many bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, department stores and antique shops.
This private studio apartment is on the second floor and is accessed by a pretty outer balcony. It provides a small living area which is open plan to the kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is at the loft level and is accessed by steep wooden stairs.The apartment is tiled throughout.
The living area has a small sofa and chairs, an occasional table and a TV with international satellite channels.
The bedroom has a king size double bed and a single bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a wardobe. As the space in the loft is small with low ceilings we do not recommend the single bed be used for an adult.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a hob, kettle, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a mini bar provided, as is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cream.
The bathroom is tiled and has a shower, a hand basin, mirror, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer is provided.
There is a daily maid service with this apartment. The apartment building also has a dry cleaning and laundry service for guests.
This is a non smoking apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during the New Year period starting from 28th or 29th December
- For bookings of up to 4 nights the deposit is 15%. For bookings of 5 -10 nights an additional 15% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings of 11 nights or more individual conditions apply. As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
- Thereafter if your booking is for 4 nights or less and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first night's rental charge.
- If your booking is for 5 - 10 nights and cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first two night's rental charge.
