This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located within walking distance of all Prague's major attractions such as Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge, The Old Town Square with its famous Astronomical Clock, or Wenceslas Square.
The apartment building (parts of it dating from the 14th Century) is close to many bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, department stores and antique shops.
This private one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and has access to a very pretty courtyard. It provides a bedroom, kitchen and separate bathroom. It has many beautiful original features and is tiled throughout.
The bedroom has a stunning vaulted ceiling and provides a king size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, TV with satellite channels, a large wardobe and a chest of drawers. A temporary bed is provided for a third person.
The kitchen is separate from the bedroom and is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, kettle, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is a dining table and four chairs in the kitchen.There is also a mini bar provided, as is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cream.
The marble tiled bathroom offers a hand basin, mirror, toilet, shower, bidet and heated towel rail. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer is provided.
There is a daily maid service with this apartment. The apartment building also has a dry cleaning amd laundry service for guests.
This is a non smoking apartment, however smoking is permitted in the courtyard.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during the New Year period starting from 28th or 29th December
- For bookings of up to 4 nights the deposit is 15%. For bookings of 5 -10 nights an additional 15% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings of 11 nights or more individual conditions apply. As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
- Thereafter if your booking is for 4 nights or less and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first night's rental charge.
- If your booking is for 5 - 10 nights and cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first two night's rental charge.
