This apartment building is in a great location just minutes walk from the beautiful River Vltava and Pragues wonderful Old Town. Close by is Letenske Sady park which is a large and shady park with amazing views of Pragues historic bridges.
Located just on the opposite side of the river from the Old Town, this part of Prague combines a peaceful place with the convenience of being within walking distance of the historic beauty, wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants and great shops in the Old Town itself.
This apartment has an unusual layout yet is modern and comfortable. It has a living room with a sleeping area, a kitchen with a sleeping area, and a separate bathroom. As such the bedrooms are not separate from the living room and kitchen. Please look at the floor plan for further clarification.
The living room has an L shaped sofa bed, coffee table and a TV with satellite channels. Free high speed wireless internet is also provided. Also in this room is a double bed and a wardrobe
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and crockery and utensils. There is a kitchen table and six chairs. Also in this room are two single beds used as sofas.
The bathroom has a shower, W.C and hand basin.
The apartment is also equipped with a safe.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 3 night minimum stay applies to stays in medium season. A 5 night minimum stay period applies to bookings over the New Year,and Easter periods.
- Please note that for arrivals after 8pm there is an additional late check in charge of EUR 30.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros (for long term apartments of 3 months rental or more the balance must be paid in cash in Czech Crown).
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged to the value of one nights stay. If you cancel on the day of arrival or you are a No Show you will be charged the total value of your stay.
- For long term stays (3 months +) you must give at least 2 months notice before your date of departure to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 months rental charge.
