The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with granite work surfaces and has an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a separate dining area with a dining table and six chairs.
The bedrooms are spacious and have king size double beds and reading lamps.
The bathroom has also has granite surfaces and a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, a hand basin, a mirror and a heated towel rail. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- Cancellation Charges.
- Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
