Located in a quiet residential area, close to Mala Strana in an area with restaurants and cafes, such as the famous Café Savoy. Also close by is the National Theatre, a gem of Czech history. The romantic Petrin Hill is a short walk away as well as the charming Kampa Island, where many outdoor cafes and restaurants await. Numerous tramlines are located literally around the corner .
This fully fitted one bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor (no lift).
This stylishly furnished apartment features a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a comfy sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and large windows offering natural light. There is a plasma TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi internet.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is modern and well equipped and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee maker.
The bedroom has a queen size double bed and reading lamps and plenty of closet space.
The bathroom has an impressive glass block wall shower corner, a hand basin, a mirror and a heated towel rail. There is a separate W.C. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Children under the age of 3 years are not charged.
- The late check in fee of EUR 10 only applies to apartments where there is not a 24 hour reception desk. If you book an airport transfer with the apartment manager then the late check in fee does not apply.
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- If you choose to pay the balance by credit card, it is taken in Czech Crown.
- Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
