These great one bedroom apartment are comfortably furnished and offer a perfect base from which to explore the city either on foot or by tram. The apartments consist of a living/dining area, separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The living area has a sofa bed, coffee table, lamps, DVD and CD player and a TV with satellite channels.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a personal safe are also provided for your convenience.
The bedroom has a double bed, two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath with shower over, a toilet, a bidet, a hand basin and a heated towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.
A dry cleaning and laundry service is available for an additinal charge. Apartments providing air-conditioning, washing machines, dishwashers and toaster, may be offered, subject to availability.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that a EUR 50 cash security deposit is required on arrival.
- For groups of 6 or more persons, a EUR 200 deposit will be required, per apartment booked.
- Stag and Hen groups are accepted on request basis only.
Cancellation Policy.
- In the event that you wish to cancel you must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your arrival date, to avoid further cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date then you will be charged a further 1 night's rental.
- If you do not show you will be charged 80% of the outstanding rental amount.
