This apartment is in an area known as one of the best shopping and entertaining places in Prague's center. There are great pubs, two cinemas, a large shopping mall, many restaurants and café's, stylish hotels and business centre. Underground, tram and bus stops are in front of the apartment giving easy access to all that Prague has to offer.
The apartment is on the 6th floor of this building with lift and has two separate bedrooms, a smaller bedroom for children, a living room, kitchen, hall, a bathroom with separate toilet and a luggage room
The living room has two sofas one of which is a sofa bed suitable for two adults, coffee tables and a TV. Wireless internet access is also provided. There is also a dining table and chairs and a raised eating bar and tall stools.
The kitchen has an oven with ceramic hot plates, a fridge freezer, a microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you will need.
The two double bedrooms both have a double bed in each plus, in one of these bedrooms there is a single bed. There is also a smaller bedroom with small bunk beds suitable only for children up to 14 years of age.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a hand basin and a mirror. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided.
The street side of apartment is surrounded by beautiful terrace where is great view across the whole of Prague. During the summer there is garden furniture to relax and enjoy the sun. This is an ideal apartment for larger groups who love to entertain.
Additional Booking Conditions:
Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation your intitial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable. On top of this you will also be charged the equivalent of half the number of nights rental charge.
- Should you cancel on the day of your arrival or you are a No Show you will be charged the full balance of your stay.
Security Deposit.
- On arrival you will be required to pay a EUR 150 cash security deposit. This will be refunded to you on departure assuming there are no damages.
