Within walking distance of Charles Bridge and the National Theater, and just a short tram ride away from the Old Town, Wenceslas Square, Castle District and Andel Novy Smichov, the largest mall in Prague.
This smart two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has fabulous views of the River Vltava and is furnished with modern style and comfort. The apartment consists of a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a large bathroom and a laundry room.
The living room is light and airy with huge picture windows leading to a lovely balcony with fabulous views of the river. The room has a large sofa bed, a coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, DVD player and a CD player. Also here is a dining table and chairs. The rooms have beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings and a ceiling fan.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, dishwaher, breakfast bar and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a bureau and a large walk in closet. It has wall to wall carpetting. This room faces onto a courtyard. It has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, walk in closet, reading lamps, a bureau and has wall to wall carpetting. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin

There is a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

"The taxi was at the airport to meet us on time, the Greeter was outside the apartment block to welcome us. The greeter was a very pleasant young man who gave us clear explanations about the apartment and the area and answered our questions about trams etc. He also arranged for the taxi to pick us up on our departure day. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and spotless. The website did not say that it was on a corner with traffic over the bridge. A picture of the outside of the building could convey this. We would recommend the Kampa area for quiet restaurants alongside the river within easy walking distance from the Riverside apartments. Karstejn Castle was an interesting excursion outside Prague. The train journey took 45 minutes. The Coliseum near the Estates Theatre had good pizza andquick service for a pre theatre pasta"

"The booking process was efficient - allowing us to prepay our balance by credit card was very helpful. Arranging for a taxi to meet us at the airport is an excellent service, Our greeter Jaroslav was very helpful. He told us about restaurants and nearby grocery stores. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station on our departure. Having a clothes dryer was great. Excellent location away from the crowds but near to the sights. I would recommend Restaurant Olympia on Vitezna street a few blocks from the apartment, and Restaurant Hybernia at Hybernska 7 close to Municipal House."
