The apartment is a spacious and consists of a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and the use of a pool and sauna within the building.
The living room/dining area is light and airy and has a sofa, a coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, DVD player and a CD player. There is a dining table for six people. The apartment also has WiFi ADSL and a computer and it is possible to arrange mobile/cell phone rental on request.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwaher, and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer within the kitchen.
The master bedroom has two large windows making it extremely light and bright. It contains a Queen size double bed, a single bunk bed and a small child's bed plus a child's dresser. There are also bedside tables, reading lamps, a bureau and two wardrobes.
The second bedroom also has a Queen size double bed, bedside tables, two chest of drawers and reading lamps, This pretty bedroom has a small balcony which faces onto an internal courtyard with mature trees providing a very peaceful view.
The main bathroom is off the hallway and has a full bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet.
This apartment block has the advantage of 24 hour security and video intercom.

In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non refundable, plus you will be charged a further charge of one nights rental charge.

"We enjoyed the short stay very much. Marek Liba was extremely helpful and kind. He went along with me to stow the car away safely for five days in the car park a few streets away from the apartment. When the coffee-machine turned out not to be there he got us one from somewhere straightaway. We were struck by the elegance, the high ceilings and the size of the bedrooms. What confused us for a while was that the website mentioned Riverside # 9, whereas the door indicated Riverside No 1. Marek asserted that was the old designation. When entering, however, we found that the website pictures and the interior of the apartment were a perfect match. Having all the major sights within walking distance is quite convenient. We dined twice at the restaurant the window of the bedroom gives on to. I have forgotten its name. It is around the corner in Koøenského. Very good value for little money."
