Parking is available in the building for EUR 13/CZK 400 per day.
There is a cleaning and linen change service every two days.
The reception in the building is open between 9am and 10 pm every day.
The facilities available within the building are as follows: parking, restaurant, pets allowed, non smoking rooms, elevator, allergy free room available, fitness center, massage, jacuzzi, library, business centre, ironing service, internet services.
This spacious two bedroom apartment offers a very comfortable space for up to seven people. There is a living area combined with the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and a terrace.
The living area has comfortable seating and a television with cable channels. There are also two single beds in this room. A further bed will be provided for a seventh guest.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffemaker, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you will need.
The bedrooms have two single beds that can be made up into a double bed. There are bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath with shower over, hand basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet. Complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and a hair dryer is also provided. Some rooms also have a jacuzzi bath but this cannot be guarenteed.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that a refundable security deposit of CZK 1,000 will be required on arrival for all stag and hen groups. This will be refunded at departure assuming there are no damages.
- Cancellation Policy - please send all cancellation via email.
- If you should cancel your intitial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- Thereafter you must give more than 48 hours notice to avoid further cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 48 hours there will be a further charge equal to the first nights rental charge.
- If you are a no show you will be charged the full balance.
