This comfortable and well furnished apartment is located in a quiet street in a beautiful location in Prague's Mala Strana (Lesser Town). The apartment is less than two minutes walk from the fascinating Kampa Island. The Island connects Charles Bridge with Legions Bridge and is known as the Venice of Prague due to it's numerous streams. Today Kampa Island is a place for relaxation and has beautiful houses, a lovely park and good restaurants.
The apartment is just a five minute walk from Charles Bridge and across Charles Bridge you are into Prague's Old Town. This is an ideal location to enjoy all that Prague has to offer.
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is in a building with beautiful parquet flooring and a modern lift. It comprises of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two en suite bathrooms.
The living room is bright and spacious and has a sofa, and a comfortable chair and foot stool. There is also a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, CD player and there is WiFi broadband internet available. There is also a dining table and six chairs in this room.
The kitchen is a spacious room with an oven with hob, microwave, refridgerator, coffemaker, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you will need. There is also a breakfast bar with footstools. There is also a double sofa bed and comfortable chair with foot stool in this room.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps a chest of drawers and a wardrobe in each. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Both of the bathrooms are en suite to the bedrooms and one of them also is accessed via the hall. One of the bathrooms has a bath with shower over, the other has a shower and both have a hand washbasin, a medicine cabinet and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment and a security safe for valuables.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Easter.
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel more than 4 weeks prior to arrival you will also be charghed a further amount equal to the value of the first nights rental cost.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date you will be charged a further 50% of the balance.
- If you are a no show you will be charged the full amount of your stay plus the airport transfer charge where it applies.
