This apartment building is located on the bank of the beautiful River Vltava, close to the famous 'Dancing Building' and within easy walking distance of Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. Also close by is the National Theatre.
The apartment is spacious and bright and recently decorated to provide a wonderful base from which to explore the city of one hundred spires.
This spacious three bedroom apartment has one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and two bathrooms. It is located on the third floor in a building with a lift.
The living room is of a good size and has a double sofa bed, comfortable chairs and a TV with satellite channels. There is also a dining table and chairs. The small kichen is also within this room and offers an oven and hob, sink and fridge freezer, plus a microwave oven, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and utensils.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double on request. The third bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your personal items.
There are two bathrooms, both in an art deco style. One has a shower and a bath, and the other with a shower only. There is also a bidet and in one of the bathrooms a washing machine.

In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non refundable.
Thereafter you must give at least 7 days notice prior to arrival to avoid a further charge to the value of the first nights rental cost.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date or are a no show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
