This apartment building is located on the bank of the beautiful River Vltava, close to the famous 'Dancing Building' and within easy walking distance of Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. Also close by is the National Theatre.
The apartment is spacious and bright and recently decorated to provide a wonderful base from which to explore the city of one hundred spires.
This spacious three bedroom apartment has three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. It is located on the first floor and has a view of the River Vltava and Prague Castle beyond.
The living room is of a good size and has a sofa, and a TV with Satellite channels, a desk and chair and a small dining table and chairs. There is a small balcony off this room which has a great view across the River Vltava towards Prague Castle beyond.
The kitchen is a white tiled clean space which offers an oven and hob, sink and fridge freezer, plus a microwave oven, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and utensils. There is laso a table and chairs in this room.
Each bedroom has a double bed. In two of the bedrooms we can add a further single bed and two more single beds can also be provided and arranged according to your requirements. The bedrooms all provide either wardrobe or drawer space.
There are two bathrooms, one in a lovely art deco style. One has a shower and a bath, and the other with a shower only. There is also a bidet and in one of the bathrooms a washing machine.
Additional Booking Conditions:
In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non refundable.
Thereafter you must give at least 7 days notice prior to arrival to avoid a further charge to the value of the first nights rental cost.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date or are a no show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
