This brand new one bedroom apartment is located in the Vysehrad area within easy reach of the city centre. The apartment is located close to The Holiday Inn Hotel and The Corinthia Tower Hotel and is two minutes from the nearest subway station (Vysehrad), only two stops from the historical centre.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building completed in May 2007. It consists of a kitchen/living room,a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a cream coloured L shaped leather sofa bed, a coffee table, an LCD TV, DVD home cinema and a work desk with a desktop computer with wifi internet connection.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a glass table and two dining chairs.
The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
There is also a small balcony with two chairs for spending a relaxing evening watching the world go by. Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine and a hair dryer. There is a gym, hairdresser, chemist and food shop in the building. There is free secure under garage parking and a 24 hour concierge.
Additional Booking Conditions:
Cancellation Policy.
If you should cancel your initial booking deposit is non refundable.
Thereafter you must give at least 2 days notice prior to your arrival date to avoid further cancellation charges.
If you cancel within 2 days of your arrival you will be charged a further cancellation fee equivalent to one nights rental charge.
