In this large open space there is also a dining table and chairs. Leading from the living area is a great 15m square private terrace with a table and chairs which overlooks the roof tops of Prague.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom is on the second level of this apartment and has a king size double bed and bedside table plus a CD player.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a toilet, a hand basin, a mirror and a heated towel rail. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- Cancellation Charges.
- Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
