The living room is a grand room which has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a sofa bed suitable for one person, a coffee table, a LCD TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a large dining table and chairs.

All three bedrooms have an abundance of natural light and sizeable double beds, bedside tables and reading lamps. One of the bedrooms has a balcony leading off it.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
  
  
• For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
  
  
• Cancellation Charges.
  
  
• Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
  
  
• Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
