The area is full of winding streets, restaurants and gift shops. The building itself is on a secluded street and offers tranquility. From the apartment windows you can admire the roof spires which made Prague a household name around the world.
Step inside the aparmtents and you will feel total comfort. All flats have complimentary WiFi internet, washing machines and a weekly housekeeping service.
This contemporary split level three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the fifth floor in this building without a lift and was designed by an Italian architect.
On the first level is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room plus one of the double bedrooms, the third single bedroom and a separate shower room.
On the second level is the galleried sleeping area, the other double bedroom and an en suite bathroom.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD Home Cinema and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet. In this large open space there is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
One of the double bedrooms has a king size double bed, the other has a queen size double bed and there are reading lamps in each. The third bedroom has a single bed and there is a sofa bed on the open gallery area.
The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, a toilet, heated towel rail and a hand basin. The separate shower room has a shower, a toilet, heated towel rail and a hand basin. A hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- Cancellation Charges.
- Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
