This newly restored classical apartment building is located in a charming neighbourhood in the heart of Prague, just minutes away from the Vltava River, The National Theatre and the Old Town Square.
This spacious and affordable three bedroom duplex apartment is located on a charming cobblestone street and the building features a secure entrance and classical staircase plus a lift.
On the lower level of the apartment is the living and dining room, the kitchen, one of the double bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. On the upper level is the other double bedroom, the twin bedroom and the other bathroom .
The living room has two sofas and a comfortable chair and it´s amenities include wireless Internet, satellite TV, DVD - home cinema. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is small but well equipped and has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay.
The double bedrooms both have a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps, the twin bedroom has two single beds and there is plenty of storage space for your personal items.
Both bathrooms are fully tiled and both have a shower, a toilet, a hand basin and heated towel rails. Complimentary soaps and a hairdryer are also provided. the apartment also has a washing machine.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
