This newly refurbished traditional building perfectly combines historic atmosphere with modern design features. Located in a lively, trendy central residential district of Prague, just 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Despite it's central location it is still tranquil. There is reserved parking in the courtyard, subject to availability, and the building benefits from a lift.
This great apartment merges modern design and a classical layout with comfortable furnishings throughout. The apartment has high ceilings and plenty of sunlight through the large windows.
The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
The living room has a large double bed, comfortable chairs and it´s amenities include wireless high speed internet, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Also in this room is a dining table and chairs. This room leads out onto the big south facing balcony, ideal for sipping your morning coffe.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped and has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. It also has a breakfast bar and chairs and a sofa bed.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower attachment, a toilet, a hand basin and heated towel rail. Complimentary soaps and a hairdryer are also provided.The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
