There is reserved parking in the courtyard, subject to availability, and the building benefits from a lift.
This bright and comfortable, fully air conditioned apartment is located on the fifth floor of this building. It offers sleek contemporary design and delightful furnishings.
The apartment consists of a living room/dining room, open plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace.
The living room is a sunny and spacious room which has a two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and it´s amenities include wireless high speed internet, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Also in this room is a dining table and chairs. Leading out from the living room is a big terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee.
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. This room is also bright as it benefits from a sky light.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has shower, a toilet, a hand basin and heated towel rail. Complimentary soaps and a hairdryer are also provided.The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer.

Additional Booking Conditions:
There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
