This apartment building is just a few meters from the Old Town Square and from the gallery of the building you can see the beautiful spires of St. Jacob's church.
The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a living area, sleeping area, a kitchen area and a bathroom.
The living area has a double sofa bed, a TV with satellite channels and a CD player. The sleeping area has a double bed and bedside tables with reading lamps.
The kitchen area has a hot plate, refridgerator, microwave oven , toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a kitchen table and chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a hand basin and a toilet.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you will be charged a further 1 nights rental charge.
If you cancel on the day of your arrival or are a No Show then you will be charged the total cost of your stay.
