The location of this apartment is excellent for those wishing to be right in the heart of Prague, with the main nightlife close by. Easy acces to the Old town which starts at the end of the street, the metro stop "Mustek" just five minutes from the apartment, plus a large Tesco store makes this a really convenient spot.

The apartment is on the fifth floor of this building with a lift. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a balcony.

The living room is a good size and has two large comfortable chairs, a large wide screen plasma TV with cable channels, home cinema sound, a DVD player, plus free high speed internet connection.

The dining room is also very spacious with a dining table for 6 people and a sofa.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need. There is also a kitchen table and chairs.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed.

The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, bedside tables and a further sofa bed.

The bathroom is modern and has a big jacuzzi bath with shower attachment plus a separate shower, a hand basin, and a W.C.

There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Strictly no stag or hen groups allowed.
  
  
• A refundable security deposit of CZK 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure assuming there are no damages.
  
  
• Cancellation policy.
  
  
• If you cancel at any time your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable. All cancellations must be given in writing via email.
  
  
• If your stay is between 2 and 13 nights you must give more than 7 days written notice of cancellation to avoid any further charges.
  
  
• If you cancel wihin 7 nights prior to your arrival there will be a further cancellation charge of 1 nights rental.
  
  
• If you cancel on the day of arrival or are a No Show there will be a further charge of 2 nights rental.
  
  
• If your booking is for 14 nights or in high/peak season you must give at least 14 nights written notice to avoid further cancellation charges.
  
  
• If you cancel within 14 nights of your arrival there will be a further cancellation charge of 20% of the total price.
  
  
• If you cancel within 7 nights of your arrival date you will be charged a further 50% of the total price.
  
  
• If you are a No Show you will be charged the full balance of your stay.
